Saecra is in development. Features shown are planned and may change before launch.

Did your $600 laser actually do anything?

Take a guided photo before a laser, peel or microneedling. At each follow-up, Saecra lines up your photos the same way and tells you plainly what changed.

$11.99 for one treatment. Unlimited in Saecra Plus.

Saecra Plus is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. The beta is free.

  1. Illustration made with AI: before the treatment, face photographed straight on in daylight.

  2. Illustration made with AI: week 2, mild redness on both cheeks, same pose and light.

  3. Illustration made with AI: week 6, the redness has almost settled.

  4. Illustration made with AI: week 12, skin settled, same pose and light.
    Week 12

Example follow-up points. Saecra sets them from the treatment you log.

Illustration of one follow-up series, photographed the same way each time: some redness after the session, settled by week 6 and 12. Saecra shows these photos side by side; it does not measure redness.

Real before and afters will come from beta testers who choose to share them. Until then, photos marked Illustration are made with AI.

What you do

  1. 01

    Before: a baseline

Take one guided photo before your session. The app guides your distance, angle and light.

  2. 02

    After: guided follow-ups

Saecra reminds you at each follow-up point and takes every photo the same way, so the photos can be compared.

  3. 03

    The readout

At each follow-up you get one of three plain answers, with the dates.

Lined up the same way, so you can compare.

Every follow-up photo is taken at the same distance, angle and light as your baseline, so the only thing that changes is your skin.

One of three answers, never a sales pitch.

  • Measurable change

A change bigger than normal photo-to-photo variation, with the numbers and the dates.

  • No measurable change yet

Nothing has changed by more than the margin so far. That is an answer too.

  • Too early to read

Skin often keeps changing for a while after a treatment, so Saecra waits before comparing. It gives you the date it will look again.

The plain limit

Lines, spots and volume: photos side by side until each measurement passes our repeat-photo test.

Until then you see your own guided photos side by side, lined up and dated, with no number.

Injectables and prescriptions: photos only. Saecra lines up the photos and dates and never shows a number or a readout for them.

Already had it? It compares from your first photo.

It can't see your skin before your first photo, so it can't measure the change from before the treatment.

How we measure
  • Photos stay on your phone. They are never uploaded.
  • No clinic or brand can pay to appear in Saecra.
  • Saecra doesn't tell you whether to have a treatment or which one. Ask your provider.
